KRG

As the oldest commercial real estate firm in Central Ohio, Kohr Royer Griffith needed to infuse their tradition to reflect their forward-thinking business strategies. An audit of KRG’s materials revealed many inconsistencies and inefficiencies across the board.

The first tactic in the brand revitalization was to develop a clear nomenclature strategy. This included an abbreviation of the cumbersome three names to a monogram of KRG. This allowed for a quicker and more impactful visual read on signs. Aggressive colors and shapes were assigned to the signage program to stand out in busy, urban environments.

A comprehensive brand architecture was developed that allowed for flexibility of both verbal and verbal message across their four divisions.
